Have you tried it?
A healthy and yummy soup, pho is a common staple in Vietnam. The vegetarian version of Pho consists of fresh homemade rice noodles,
tofu, mushrooms, vegetables in an aromatic vegetable broth with bean sprouts, spring onion, various asian herbs, ginger, onions and cinnamon!

Interesting fact: The Hanoi (northern) and Saigon (southern) styles of pho differ by noodle width, sweetness of broth, and choice of herbs and sauce.

I love exploring different cuisines and recently I visited Bhimtal so I had to try something new in the Kumaoni cusine🍽️💫 Originally headed to a nearby cafe, I spotted a restaurant ‘Belpatra’ and I couldn’t resist! The highlight? Trying the Kumaoni Platter!

This platter consisted of Bhatt ki Chud Kani (Black Soyabean cooked in iron pot) served with Rice, Madua (Ragi Roti), Aloo Gutka (Poatato vegetable) tossed with Himalayan Chives, Kumauni Raita, Bhang (Marijuana) Chutney, Gur (Jaggery) & Ghee

My favorites were the melt-in-your-mouth Bhatt ki Chud Kani and the uniquely flavorful Aloo Gutka. We were also welcomed to warm hospitality by Deepak. This was a great experience in all!🌟

Recipe ⬇️
Ingredients: Curd, Onion, Capsicum, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Apple, Pomegranate, Salt, Black Salt, Sugar/Stevia, Cumin Seeds, Mint Leaves.

Method:
Whisk the curd and combine all chopped veggies.
Add in roasted cumin seeds powder, black salt and salt according to taste
Mix well
Add chopped apple and pomegranate.
Add a pinch of Sugar/ Stevia according to taste and mix well!
Serve fresh/cold! 😍
