Red Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 10-12 Any Spicy Red Chillies (preferably Kashmiri Red Chillies)
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt or adjust according to taste
- 1.5 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/3 cup Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
- Soak the red chilies in vinegar for ½ hour
- Add the soaked Red chilli (along with the vinegar in which it was soaked), Salt, sugar and jeera in a grinder and grind them.
- After grinding, add the tomato ketchup, and grind once again to make a fine paste.
- The Amazing Red Chili Sauce is ready! YUM 🙂
