Chocolate Ganache - Cake & Bake
Ingredients
- 200 gm Cream (preferably Amul Fresh Cream)
- 400 gm Dark Compound Chocolate
Instructions
- Finely chop the chocolate
- Take a pan, keep it on the flame, add the cream and keep stirring it with the help of a spatula till it starts to boil.
- now, Switch off the flame
- add the chocolate in the pan and mix well
- The amazing Ganache is ready!
- You may use it just at that time or refrigerate it to use later.
- Note: You can store this ganache for 1 month in an airtight container
