Chocolate Ganache - Cake & Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Cream (preferably Amul Fresh Cream)
  • 400 gm Dark Compound Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the chocolate
  • Take a pan, keep it on the flame, add the cream and keep stirring it with the help of a spatula till it starts to boil.
  • now, Switch off the flame
  • add the chocolate in the pan and mix well
  • The amazing Ganache is ready!
  • You may use it just at that time or refrigerate it to use later.
  • Note: You can store this ganache for 1 month in an airtight container
