Dark Compound Chocolate
Instructions
Finely chop the chocolate
Take a pan, keep it on the flame, add the cream and keep stirring it with the help of a spatula till it starts to boil.
now, Switch off the flame
add the chocolate in the pan and mix well
The amazing Ganache is ready!
You may use it just at that time or refrigerate it to use later.
Note: You can store this ganache for 1 month in an airtight container
