Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Grated or shredded fresh coconut
- 2 Cup Drinking water
Instructions
- Add the grated/shredded coconut & 1/2 quantity of water in a blenderblend it completely till the coconut is ground well
- Now add remaining 1/2 quantity of water & blend it again
- Now strain this liquid completely through a muslin cloth
- To strain the liquid completely, press it tightly with the hands
- You will get the medium thickness coconut ,milk
- If you want more thick coconut milk, then add only one cup of water instead of two cups
- Now you can use this coconut milk as it is for drinking or you can use it in cooking any type of cookies & cake.
- You can also refrigerate the coconut milk for future use
