Grated or shredded fresh coconut

Instructions
Add the grated/shredded coconut & 1/2 quantity of water in a blender
blend it completely till the coconut is ground well
Now add remaining 1/2 quantity of water & blend it again
Now strain this liquid completely through a muslin cloth
To strain the liquid completely, press it tightly with the hands
You will get the medium thickness coconut ,milk
If you want more thick coconut milk, then add only one cup of water instead of two cups
Now you can use this coconut milk as it is for drinking or you can use it in cooking any type of cookies & cake.
You can also refrigerate the coconut milk for future use
