Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Grated or shredded fresh coconut
  • 2 Cup Drinking water

Instructions
 

  • Add the grated/shredded coconut & 1/2 quantity of water in a blender
    blend it completely till the coconut is ground well
  • Now add remaining 1/2 quantity of water & blend it again
  • Now strain this liquid completely through a muslin cloth
  • To strain the liquid completely, press it tightly with the hands
  • You will get the medium thickness coconut ,milk
  • If you want more thick coconut milk, then add only one cup of water instead of two cups
  • Now you can use this coconut milk as it is for drinking or you can use it in cooking any type of cookies & cake.
  • You can also refrigerate the coconut milk for future use
