Kachhe kele kasuri methi ki sabji | Raw banana vegetable

- Kadaai or deep bottom frying pan
Ingredients
- 4 Bananas
- 3 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 tsp[ Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Dry coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp White salt
- 1/4 cup Kasoori Methi
- 1 & 1/5 tsp Dry amchoor powder
- 2 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Cup Water
Instructions
- Peel off the raw bananas, using a knife
- Cut the raw banana into 4 long pieces and then chop them
- Add oil in a pan (kadhai) and heat it completely
- when oil is completed heated, turn the flame to medium
- Add Hing and Jeera, let them crackle. Next add Red chilli powder
- Add the chopped raw bananas
- Next add all remaining spices, except Amchoor Powder & Kasuri Methi
- Now add water and mix well
- Cover the pan (kadhai) with a lid. Let the vegetable cook on low/medium flame for 3 minutes
- Remove the lid and add 2 tbsp water if it appears to be very dry.
- Next add the kasuri methi and mix well.
- Add amchoor powder and mix once again
- Add finely chopped green chilli
- WOW! The extremely delicious Kachhe kele kasuri methi ki sabji/ Raw banana vegetable is ready! Serve hot!
