Instructions
Peel off the raw bananas, using a knife
Cut the raw banana into 4 long pieces and then chop them
Add oil in a pan (kadhai) and heat it completely
when oil is completed heated, turn the flame to medium
Add Hing and Jeera, let them crackle. Next add Red chilli powder
Add the chopped raw bananas
Next add all remaining spices, except Amchoor Powder & Kasuri Methi
Now add water and mix well
Cover the pan (kadhai) with a lid. Let the vegetable cook on low/medium flame for 3 minutes
Remove the lid and add 2 tbsp water if it appears to be very dry.
Next add the kasuri methi and mix well.
Add amchoor powder and mix once again
Add finely chopped green chilli
