Kurkuri Bhindi
Ingredients
- 200 gm Lady finger Bhindi
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Besan (gram flour)
- Water (for sprinkling)
- Oil for deep frying
Spices
- 1 tbsp Dry amchoor powder
- 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder (dry coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry ginger powder
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
Instructions
- Wash and Cut the cap and tail of all the lady fingers
- Next slice them thinly and horizontally
- Now deseed them i.e. remove their seeds
- Next take the lady fingers in a mixing bowl and add all the spices to it
- Now, add the rice flour and besan to it
- Mix them well
- Sprinkle some water on it if it feels dry and mix well again
- Now, deep fry the lady fingers in hot oil on a medium flame
- Stir occasionally to turn them crispy
- Transfer to a serving plate
- Sprinkle chaat masala on the Kurkuri bhindi at the time of serving
