Water (for sprinkling)
Oil for deep frying
Spices

Instructions
Wash and Cut the cap and tail of all the lady fingers
Next slice them thinly and horizontally
Now deseed them i.e. remove their seeds
Next take the lady fingers in a mixing bowl and add all the spices to it
Now, add the rice flour and besan to it
Mix them well
Sprinkle some water on it if it feels dry and mix well again
Now, deep fry the lady fingers in hot oil on a medium flame
Stir occasionally to turn them crispy
Transfer to a serving plate
Sprinkle chaat masala on the Kurkuri bhindi at the time of serving
