- For fresh mango pulp, I have used Alphonso Mango
Mousse Style Mango Shrikhand
Ingredients
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 cup Fresh Mango pulp
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Green cardamom powder (elaichi)
- 25-30 Cashews
- 30-35 cubes Mango jelly (here I have used ready made jelly)
- 1 pieces Fresh Mango
Instructions
- Add Hung Curd to a mixing bow
- And whisk it, until smooth
- Add Fresh mango pulp and powdered sugar to it
- Mix them well
- Add green cardamom powder and mix well
- Now add Cashews
Serving Style
- Take a cullad or a serving bowl and add a scoop of Mango Shrikhand to it
- Next add a few pieces of mango jelly
- Again add a scoop of mango shrikhand
- Add few pieces of chopped fresh Mango
- Finally add another scoop of Mango shrikhand over it and tap well
- The tasty MOUSSE STYLE MANGO SHRIKHAND is ready!!
Notes
- In this recipe I have used Tops mango jelly
- For fresh mango pulp, I have used Alphonso Mango
- You can use any sweet and pulpy mango
