Mousse Style Mango Shrikhand

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 cup Fresh Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Green cardamom powder (elaichi)
  • 25-30 Cashews
  • 30-35 cubes Mango jelly (here I have used ready made jelly)
  • 1 pieces Fresh Mango

Instructions
 

  • Add Hung Curd to a mixing bow
  • And whisk it, until smooth
  • Add Fresh mango pulp and powdered sugar to it
  • Mix them well
  • Add green cardamom powder and mix well
  • Now add Cashews

Serving Style

  • Take a cullad or a serving bowl and add a scoop of Mango Shrikhand to it
  • Next add a few pieces of mango jelly
  • Again add a scoop of mango shrikhand
  • Add few pieces of chopped fresh Mango
  • Finally add another scoop of Mango shrikhand over it and tap well
  • The tasty MOUSSE STYLE MANGO SHRIKHAND is ready!!

Notes

  • In this recipe I have used Tops mango jelly
  • For fresh mango pulp, I have used Alphonso Mango
  • You can use any sweet and pulpy mango
