1 cup hung curd

Fresh Mango pulp

Powdered sugar

Green cardamom powder (elaichi)

Mango jelly (here I have used ready made jelly)

Instructions
Add Hung Curd to a mixing bow
And whisk it, until smooth
Add Fresh mango pulp and powdered sugar to it
Mix them well
Add green cardamom powder and mix well
Now add Cashews
Serving Style
Take a cullad or a serving bowl and add a scoop of Mango Shrikhand to it
Next add a few pieces of mango jelly
Again add a scoop of mango shrikhand
Add few pieces of chopped fresh Mango
Finally add another scoop of Mango shrikhand over it and tap well
The tasty MOUSSE STYLE MANGO SHRIKHAND is ready!!
Notes
In this recipe I have used Tops mango jelly
For fresh mango pulp, I have used Alphonso Mango
You can use any sweet and pulpy mango
