- 250 gm Tinda Washed & Peeled
- Oil For Deep Frying
For Marination:
- 1 cup Thick Curd
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Clove Powdered
- 1/2 tsp Black Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Roasted Dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi Dry & Crushed - 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
- A Pinch of White Salt
- 2 tbsp For Gravy: Cooking Oil
- 2 in no. Bay Leaf
- 2 in no. Star Anise
- 10-15 in no. Whole Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 bowl Fresh homemade tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- White salt to taste
- 1 tsp Honey
