  • Oil For Deep Frying

For Marination:

  • 1 cup Thick Curd
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Clove Powdered
  • 1/2 tsp Black Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tsp Roasted Dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi Dry & Crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
  • A Pinch of White Salt
  • 2 tbsp For Gravy: Cooking Oil
  • 2 in no. Bay Leaf
  • 2 in no. Star Anise
  • 10-15 in no. Whole Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 bowl Fresh homemade tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • White salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Honey
