Instructions
Dip the tamarind (Imli) in lukewarm or normal water for 10 minutes
Mash it with hands completely and strain it
Make semi liquid pulp (moderate consistency)
Take the tamarind pulp and Gur (jaggery).
Add both the ingredients for boiling in a heavy bottom pan or a kadahi
Boil them till the Gur dissolves in Tamarind pulp.
switch off the flame
Add all spices and mix it well
Now add Melon Seeds
Meethi Saunth or Sweet Tamarind Chutney is ready
