TURMERIC TEA is one of the best refreshing drinks that help to boost your immunity. Turmeric comes from the turmeric root. The spice has been used for its medicinal, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties for thousands of years.

- 300 ml Water
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 tsp Raw fresh Turmeric grated
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
Add 300 ml of water.
Add ginger and turmeric
Let it boil.
And wait for 1/4th of the water to reduce.
Now strain the tea in a cup.
Next add cinnamon powder.
And now the Turmeric tea is ready to boost your immunity!
