Instructions
Roast the Peanuts in Coconut Oil till the color changes
Cut the boiled potato as per your choice or refer in the video
Now add all the ingredients and mix it well with light hands
Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
Garnish it with mint leaves at the time of serving
