ENO fruit salt
Salt according to taste
Instructions
Grind the roasted oats
Mix sooji, curd, salt and water in roasted oats.
Mix them well and leave for 20 Minutes
Now add ENO and pour some water on it. Mix it well.
Add ginger, coriander & green chill
Now mix them well in oats idli batter
Put this oats idli better in greased idli moulds.
Steam it for 7-8 minutes
Notes
Quick , Tasty & healthy Oats idlis are ready. Serve it with Sambhar or Chutney.
