Saffron shreds (Dip at least 10 minutes in 1 tsp warm milk)
Instructions
Take a non-stick pan. Dry roast the sesame seeds till they become golden brown.
Now grind sesame seeds with cashew and almonds in a grinder.
Now take khoya in a pan and cook for some time on medium flame.
Stir it continuously to ensure that there are no crumbles.
Now add khoya and grinded ingredients (sesame seeds, cashew and almonds) in a big bowl.
Add Sugar and green cardamom powder. Mix it well with the help of your hands.
Now add saffron and mix it well again.
Now the mixture is ready. Give the shape as per your choice either round or any other shape.
Notes
Give the required shape of the mixture before it cools down.Enjoy the winter with tasty and delicious Tilbugga.
