Ingredients

cup
Chopped & boiled spinach
1/2
cup
Sweet (American) corn
1/2
cup
Grated paneer
1/2
cup
White sauce (link in notes and instructions)

tbsp
Olive oil
1/2
tbsp
Black pepper powder
1/4
tbsp
White salt or according to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese or 2 processed cheese cubes (optional)
Instructions
Take a vessel/pan and add oil
Place the pan on medium flame
Add chopped spinach and sauté it until the spinach leaves wilt
Note: Don’t overcook
Now add boiled sweet corn and grated paneer
Also, add salt and black pepper
Now, add the white sauce and whisk well
Switch off the flame
The filling’s ready!!
Set up the grill and let it get hot
Take two slices of brown bread / the bread of your choice and add 1 spoonful of the prepared dressing
Spread the across the bread slice
Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on it
And now grill the sandwich
Finally, serve the Spinach and Corn Sandwich with tomato sauce or green chutney
Repeat this procedure for the other sandwich
