Corn and Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chopped & boiled spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sweet (American) corn
  • 1/2 cup Grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup White sauce (link in notes and instructions)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tbsp White salt or according to taste
  • Grated mozzarella cheese or 2 processed cheese cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Take a vessel/pan and add oil
  • Place the pan on medium flame
  • Add chopped spinach and sauté it until the spinach leaves wilt
  • Note: Don’t overcook
  • Now add boiled sweet corn and grated paneer
  • Also, add salt and black pepper
  • Now, add the white sauce and whisk well
  • Switch off the flame
  • The filling’s ready!!
  • Set up the grill and let it get hot
  • Take two slices of brown bread / the bread of your choice and add 1 spoonful of the prepared dressing
  • Spread the across the bread slice
  • Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on it
  • And now grill the sandwich
  • Finally, serve the Spinach and Corn Sandwich with tomato sauce or green chutney
  • Repeat this procedure for the other sandwich
  • ENJOY THE YUMMYLICIOUS CORN AND SPINACH SANDWICH
