This is one of the best chocolate cookie recipes ever! And the best part, it is eggless! These cookies are simple, delicious, and come out perfect every single time, with soft and fully cooked goodness! It is blessed with the richness of big chocolate chunks and the mouth-melting flavour of brown sugar!

- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Milk (can be any kind but whole milk is preferred)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Dark Chocolate Bar
Mix brown sugar, salt, and oil in a bowl with the help of a whisk.
Add milk and vanilla essence to the combination and mix well.
Next, add flour and baking soda and use the cut and fold method to mix the wet and dry ingredients well.
Chop a few chunks of dark chocolate.
Add these chunks and mix well.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Till then, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Once cooled, take scoops of the dough and place on the parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
Let them cool for 5 minutes and then enjoy the amazingly yummy eggless chocolate chip cookies!
