Mint Hummus

Mint hummus offers a delightful variation on the traditional recipe, infusing the creamy dip with a burst of cool, herbal flavor that's perfect for spring and summer gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 40-50 no. Mint Leaves
  • 10 no. Basil Leaves
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Roast sesame seeds until they splutter
  • Combine sesame seeds, black pepper, mint, basil leaves, and salt in a grinder and grind them.
  • Add boiled chickpeas and lemon juice. Blend until well.
  • Gradually add cold water or a few ice cubes. Blend until soft & smooth consistency.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables
  • OR Serve it as my MINT HUMMUS TOAST!
