Mint Hummus
Mint hummus offers a delightful variation on the traditional recipe, infusing the creamy dip with a burst of cool, herbal flavor that's perfect for spring and summer gatherings.

- 1.25 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 40-50 no. Mint Leaves
- 10 no. Basil Leaves
- ¼ tbsp Salt
- 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- Water
Roast sesame seeds until they splutter
Combine sesame seeds, black pepper, mint, basil leaves, and salt in a grinder and grind them.
Add boiled chickpeas and lemon juice. Blend until well.
Gradually add cold water or a few ice cubes. Blend until soft & smooth consistency.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables
